Conditions for returned goods:
- No returns are allowed unless approved by Penbox s.a.r.l.
- Returned goods should not be used, in excellent condition, sealed and in original undamaged packing.
Warranty:
- Warranty conditions are those set by the warranty conditions of each brand regarding each item.
- X years warranty on product starts from client date of purchase depending on each product specified by each brand.
- Any item under warranty which is not repaired in two weeks period could be exchanged with a product of similar capacity or upgraded with an additional charge.
- Any product under warranty is not to be exchanged unless this exchange is approved by Penbox s.a.r.l.
- Warranty will apply only upon presentation of the original invoice with the defected item.
Delivery terms:
- Shipping fees are not included in the total amount. We will contact you to inform you about the free shipping conditions.
Payment terms:
- Cash or debit card (no additional charges) upon delivery.
